”We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter.
The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay.
Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room...

The have some condos with the local pub and restaurants which makes you feel like you are in a local community. The facilities at the hotel were great and they have a beautiful terrace too.

”The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters.
The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues.
We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that.

”Located in "Sofitel" complex with Mercure and Sofitel, nice and quiet place. About 20min walk to the closest metro station (Bell tower). 5min with taxi. Staff speaks good English. Breakfast is very nice. Selected based on earlier reviews about comfy beds and found out that they are still quite hard for good night sleep but better than average there. One Chinese thing was that during one night, just middle of it, under my window they started to do some sort of construction thing. Lasted about...

”OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea.
It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...
