”We instantly noticed their beautiful cat, Mumu, when we checked in. It was nice to feel so welcomed as not all "pet friendly" places are friendly to cats as well as dogs. Christina could not have been nicer! When she realized we had 2 cats, she switched our room to the first floor to make it easier for us to settle in. We stayed four days and got additional coffee, cups and clean towels. We had been worried that our cats would escape if someone cleaned the room while we were away but she assured...

”The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.”

”We've stayed at a few condos at Ocean Sands, but this one is our new favorite! Very clean, looks to be recently updated. Can't beat the location and promixity to the beach. We will be going back! ”

”The property has not been cared for. The area isn't the best area to stay in. I had booked for my daughters and grandkids and we ended up not staying. Wasn't offered any kind of refund. It was very dirty and the people hanging out drinking and smoking (not cigarettes). Felt unsave and the door to the rooms looked like it had been broken into. I would not recommend this place. The picture on the website does not match the property.”

”The property was very nice, definitely cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price and area. Palm is just a couple blocks from public beach access, which is nice because parking anywhere at the beach, even most restaurants, is $5/hour. The heated salt water pool was an enormous plus, also very clean. having a balcony off of every room is unusual anymore and was used for morning coffee and people watching. Short walk anywhere and will take the kiddo next time (maybe).”
