”The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were bed sheets out in a pile down the hall from my room and what looked like a shower curtain was in a crumple by my door. They had a sign in the elevator to please not place trash outside in the hallways...it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been too. ”

”We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.

”This is our fifth stay at the Valley Hotel- beautiful property in the heart of Homewood. Ashley always checks us in and is friendly and so welcoming and does a super job. We will return again soon!!”
”It was like a step back in time. Such an exquisite mansion nestled in a trendy section of Birmingham. Definitely one of my best stays away from home with everything you need while not bothered by any undesirable guests. It’s a beautiful property with surrounding restaurants all within a 2 block walk. Amazing price for what you get. I definitely recommend the Hassinger Daniels guesthouse. ”

”Room was very nice and clean. Ideal for close proximity to UAB-Highlands. The only problem I had is the key card lock on my hotel room door. I had the hardest time getting in twice to the point where I thought that the key had demagnetized and had them reprogram the key. That was frustrating since I was on the fifth floor, but overall, I would definitely stay again.”
