”Upon check-in the room had not been throughly cleaned, there were dirty items left from previous occupant and the carpet had not been vacuumed.”

”This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.”

”Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. The breakfast was also terrible. And young man that checked me on to the hotel sat behind counter with TV blaring while wearing a bonnet of some sort. Zero standards, zero supervision, zero pride of ownershi”

”The bed covers had red stains all over them, looked like lipstick Atleast that’s what we were hoping. Didn’t see any type of bugs so that’s a good sign of cleanliness just the stains the bed covers ”

”This hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent. It was quite an experience with having our dogs with us on this trip. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I wish the room had a bit more floor space to move around. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. ”

”The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. ”

”Front desk lady was super friendly and proficient. Room was clean and had all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was delicious: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc. and kept well-stocked and clean. The lady handling breakfast was really nice and friendly. ”

We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number.
