Enjoy a peaceful coastal escape in this beautiful 2B/2B riverfront home overlooking the Shallotte River. This home gives you salt water sunsets without island prices. There is a spacious balcony with seating where you can take in breathtaking sunset views and take in nature.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living area with modern conveniences including central air, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher—everything you need for a relaxing and easy stay. There are two full bathrooms and two large bedrooms. We also have a queen sized pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping. The living room and kitchen are open with windows overlooking the water. In the kitchen there is seating available at the bar, and a dining table. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a freezer to store your catch.
Step outside and experience the best part of this property: a private pier perfect for fishing, crabbing, or simply sitting back and enjoying the quiet beauty of the water and surrounding wildlife.

This home is located in a quiet, peaceful paved neighborhood. You can dine or shop in Shallotte with just a short drive. Holden Beach is about 10 minutes away. Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach are only about 20 minutes away. It’s conveniently located about half way between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, a 45 minute drive. Guests will be required to go up stairs to access the home. The dock is available for fishing and crabbing, but is not recommended for swimming due to changing tides and oysters. This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Host will be happy to answer questions about the area, or your stay!
