”The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste,...

”Nothing good about the hotel”

”Ok. Aamiainen olisi voinut olla kattavampi.”

”The room we stayed in was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and very helpful especially 小林gone extra miles for us. Breakfast was also good with loads of fresh fruits and vegetables available. Location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and transport. All in all we enjoyed our stay there and can honestly give a fiver star rating.”

”The room was just as advertised and was just enough for 4 adults and 1 baby. Only complaint which would be due to the location of the property being close to a marsh/swamp, there's a lot of mosquitos. The staff was very helpful, there may have been miscommunication on how to get an airport shuttle, but they still helped us call one to get onto the scheduled in the next 15 minutes vs waiting for another 2 hours. Be sure to message in property the night before if you require a shuttle to ensure...

”Tämä on lapsiperheille jotka aikovat käydä Shanghain Disney World.”

”My room was cleaned everyday when I first booked in they did ask me if I wanted a free upgrade to another room because I was using a walking stick but I said I would be ok with the one I had. They were quite helpful. The pool wasn't open so I can't say anything about that.I didn't think much of the breakfast infact for 2 days I just had juice and a muffin but the other 4 days I just didn't bother to go because I didn't like anything they had I would of had fruit but they only had different melon...

”The host was 2nd to none, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but they did drive to anywhere we needed to go, we would stay there again”

”It’s a nice location and if you are a tourist, this hotel will give you the Asian experience 10/10”

”Very comfortable hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, including taking my luggage to the room and checking me in early with no issue, it was much appreciated! Room was large and a great space, the bed was very comfortable and I had excellent sleep, rooms also seemed to be soundproof, I didn’t hear neighbours at all. The shuttle bus to/from the hotel gate to the lobby was convenient, but I mostly walked as it didn’t take long. Being walking distance to Disneyland was incredibly convenient,...

”Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. None of the staff, including those at the front desk, were able to communicate in English. The room service was overpriced and did not justify the quality of the food. Moreover, the hotel's location was highly inconvenient, as there were no convenience stores, restaurants, shopping centers, or any other facilities nearby. And wifi wss too slow...”

”Spacious rooms, clean amenities and located near the airport!”
