”We loved our stay at The Fig Tree. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. It’s a great location and we really enjoyed the free breakfast. Often times a free breakfast is a buffet where food is sitting out, but we loved being able to order from a menu and it was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again.”

”A very nice weekend getaway. This hotel is well located, has very friendly staff and is well kept. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Also the pool is nice. The only minus was having our stay during a very hot weekend and having a room at the rear side of the hotel facing evening sun - no air conditioning… we still slept well!”

”The room we stayed in was clean, modern and well equipped. Upon arrival there was milk and water in the fridge plus cake. Tea, coffee water and biscuits were replenished every day. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu which was delicious. Although there are three rooms in the property, there is only off road parking available for two cars and one car blocks the other in. However, there are usually spaces on the road as well and it would not put us off staying at No.29 again. A lovely...

”We arrived early but we're shown straight to our room. The room was a good size with a very clean bathroom. The bathroom was of a good size with a walk in shower. The breakfast menu was more than adequate, enabling a cooked breakfast, cereal or fruit every day. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. The location was great, allowing a short walk into town or the old town and a lift ride to the seafront. This is a bonus after a long day out, as getting to and from the evening meal location...

”Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also.”
