”Had a pleasant one night stop over at the Armada. Paying extra for a room with a seaview was definately worth it, as we got to witness a beautiful sunset from a clear blue sky. Food was ok, the pub delivered. Friendly and helpful service by the staff, who gave us tips on our roadtrip and checked the weather forecast for us.”

”Sinead and Sean were wonderful hosts, and staying with them was truly a pleasure. The room was lovely, and the breakfasts were amazing. Their son has food restrictions, so they are especially understanding and accomodating of others' needs in this regard. Both breakfasts were Celiac-safe gluten free, with extreme care taken to avoid cross-contamination! They were also very kind to offer us high vis vests for evening walks back from the village / castle, and to bring us to the bus stup the...

”From checki in to check out and in between was wonderful. The lovely woman at check in upgraded us to a larger room. (Silly Americans with large luggage) staff even helped tote our luggage’up and down the three flights of stairs. Hot delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. Ashley and all of the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, heater worked well. Room cleaning offered each day. Dinner was lovely and the Guiness and our first baby Guiness memorable....

”Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s. Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world. Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay. We will be back!”
