Oteli herşey dahil paket olarak aldık ama alakası yoktu. Tesiste birçok güzel bar restoran plaj olmasına rağmen herşey ekstraydı. pakete dahil olan barlarda hem çok uzaktı hem de sadece tadı kötü meyvesuları veya kola vardı.. yemekler çok kötüydü. Yemekler Türkiyedeki 3 yıldızlı bir otele bile denk gelmezdi. Herşey dahil konsept nasıl olur öğrenmeleri lazım …gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Çalışanlar ingilizce bilmiyordu. Akşamları Çok ciddi bir sivrisinek sorunu vardı. Son olarak domina saati diye cok saçma bir uygulamaları vardı..sürekli karışıklığa sebep olan bu uygulamanın sebebini anlayamadık? Buna karşılık denizi çok güzeldi.temizlik iyiydi..otel olanakları iyiydi..

Pur viaggiando spesso e anche essendo già stata nella meravigliosa Sharm El Sheik,posso dire che il domina è la più meravigliosa struttura mai vista ,enorme ,piena di vita,pienissima di negozi , personale simpatico sempre sorridente amichevole,camera bella oltre le aspettative(zona harem) piscine che non si possono raccontare. Con bar in piscina stupendo e con baristi come Mohamed simpaticissimi.....pulizia delle camere perfetta con personale eccellente...,Karim bravissimo....spiagge top,escursioni super ...ideal con bambini e senza ....ci ha rapito tornerò sicuramente...super consigliata

L’hotel è una cosa surreale date le dimensioni veramente immense, il paesaggio è mozzafiato e nel complesso è veramente carino, si gira attraversa una linea di taftaf molto organizzati e i dipendenti sono molto gentili e disponibili. Il cibo non è male se sei una persona che mangia un po’ di tutto ti troverai assolutamente bene anche perché dispone di varie scelte. Io personalmente mi sono trovato veramente bene. Unica nota negativa noi avevamo prenotato delle escursioni con un ragazzo che si chiama Islam direttamente dalla struttura e per un ritardo di una non siamo riusciti ad andare all altra e non ci è stato possibili cancellare la seconda escursione anche se il ritardo non era nostro, è da parte di Islam c’è stata una chiusura totale senza neanche volerne parlare.. per il resto l’hotel è perfetto, ritorneremo sicuramente.

Qualità del cibo mediocre, non fatevi false illusioni, mangerete pollo patate e riso in tutte le salse ogni giorno… pesce neanche l’odore, se non di fritto… gluten free è quasi una parolaccia, c’è ben chiaro all’angolo del pane, in una scansia a parte, ma in tutto il buffet per capire quale pietanza NON contiene glutine devi trovare prima il personale che comprende l’inglese oltre che il termine in sé per sé…altrimenti chiedere con i capi con la polo verde acqua che parlano anche italiano. Di all inclusive c’è veramente poco, acqua sfusa, succhi sfusi, birra e vino locale e solo in alcuni ristoranti/bar. Il rifacimento della camera con il riassortimento come da previsione (acqua, frigo bar, angolo caffè tisaneria, asciugamani, bagnoschiuma) sono dovuta andare a lamentarmi al 2 giorno perché non pervenuto.

Esperienza da dimenticare, fin dalla prima notte da quando ci hanno rifilato una stanza che non era quella prenotata spacciandocela per upgrade gratuito. Dopo tante storie e mezza giornata persa insieme a loro ci hanno messo nella camera che avevamo prenotato. Il personale a volte è gentile a volte poco e la maggior parte cercano mance o di cambiare soldi. Il buffet della colazione è di qualità scadente e con poca scelta. I ristoranti alla carta sono buoni, in alcuni abbiamo mangiato come in Italia. Il punto di forza è la spiaggia, bellissima, grande e con una lunga barriera corallina tutta da esplorare. La struttura in generale è datata e necessita di manutenzione. Bellissimo il panorama dalla camera vista mare.

This resort is massive, have to walk a lot of mikes, or be located on the route for taftaf, electric carts. This place is mainly frequented by Italians and Russians. Restaurants are all buffet style and very expensive. They have monopoly over transportation in and out of the resort which is 5x more expensive than the average taxi rates. I was put in a room at one corner of the resort and had to walk 15-20 mins to the main beach. When I asked to be moved to a central location, I was told to come tomorrow. Went tomorrow and they said they don’t have rooms available. Far away from the city and almost all excursions are double what other tour companies offer, which the same service.

La struttura è una delle migliori a Sharm, dispone di tantissimi negozi, farmacia, piscine pulitissime e una spiaggia bellissima e super curata. Pulizia delle camere attenta, personale gentile e sempre con il Sorriso. Cibo vario molto speziato ma buono.

Nel complesso l'esperienza al Domina è stata positiva. Il resort è un po troppo dispersivo perché molto ampio e molto improntato al business infatti proveranno a farvi diventare soci. Cibo nella media per l'Egitto, belle spiagge con pontili per nuotare vicino alla barriera corallina

Alle 3 di notte all'arrivo dopo un giorno di scali aereo ci hanno messo in uno stanzone che non era l'harem che avevamo pagato e prenotato con vista sul mare. Avevamo pagato una mini casa da due piani con due bagni e ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza con un bagno con letti SINGOLI ! ( SIAMO UNA COPPIA). Il direttore ha voluto fare il furbo per ore negando la nostra scelta e prenotazione.. così ho perso una notte di sonno CHE HO ANCHE PAGATO E NON SONO STATO RISARCITO.Dalle 3 di notte alle 7 di mattina con questo individuo disonesto. Il direttore. Che ha costantemente insistito per darci colpe e disservizio. Dando la colpa a Expedia.la situazione si è risolta tentando di chiamare la polizia. Ma ci ha rovinato l'inizio della vacanza. Oltretutto ripeto non era più vista mare l'harem e abbiamo dovuto aspettare la pulizia della stanza perché forse c'era qualcuno dentro. Inoltre e dopotutto non funzionava: -il telefono interno - la doccia idromassaggio che hanno riparato dopo una settimana ma che non funzionava quasi niente se non una pisciatina di acqua. Oltre a questo dover ogni giorno frequentare i ristoranti interni con i ragazzi egiziani che infastidivano le donne altrui con occhiatine e sguardi da maniaci sessuali a tutte le ore. MAI PIU

Rested with my wife for 10 days in Prestige. The staff is friendly, always smiling and ready to help at any moment. Many thanks to the Prestige- reception team: Mahmoud, Honey, Kim, Abdullah, well done! Special thanks to Said and the team (Prestige Beach), Mostafa and the team (Plaisers), all the guys at La Terrazza. Thanks to the room cleaner Muhamed (kind and helpful person). Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable vacation. I miss you very much!!!!!! You are great! Friendly staff, very big resort , food variety is good. However they were doing renovation to other close rooms with plenty of noise and the extra bed wasn't comfortable.

Prestige Giugno
secondo anno al Prestige. Purtroppo il livello qualitativo è calato rispetto all'anno scorso, soprattutto ristorativo. è stato inibito l'uso del ristorante Alì Baba. Il ristorante del Kings Lake ha cambiato chef e le pietanze sono peggiori dell'anno scorso. Il Plaisir è sempre il top, sia come servizio che come cucina. Bella scoperta la Terrazza, mentre alla Spiaggia Prestige, il livello è molto buono, anche se non ci sono primi piatti. In camera andrebbero rinnovati i mobili e le tende. Comunque tutto il personale ha un atteggiamento positivo e il Prestige lo consiglierei comunque rispetto agli altri settori.
