1/5 — Worst hotel experience ever
This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The staff were extremely rude — especially at the front desk and the pool towel station.
Right after I woke up, housekeeping knocked on my door, and when I asked her to come later, she kept questioning “why” instead of just leaving.
The shower didn’t have any hot water since check-in. I called the front desk to fix it, but they said it couldn’t be done until the next day. The next day, even though the front desk promised someone would come, nobody ever did. I had to ask a housekeeper directly, and she said she’d tell maintenance, but again, nothing happened. I had to take cold showers for two days.
When I asked the front desk to call a taxi at night, the driver they sent charged me double the normal rate. It seems the hotel uses some scam taxi service.
The room was dusty, old, and there were dead bugs on the floor and in the bathtub. The next morning, I woke up covered in bug bites.
Everything about this hotel was disappointing — the staff, the cleanliness, the service.
I will never stay here again.
