”Pro#1-Nadja is the owner/host you want! Communication top tier! Pro#2-The unit is soo unique and welcoming as you walk through the bank door. Pro#3-This location is safe (police station right around the corner). Unit is only a few mins off the highway and downtown is about 30 mins away. Pro#4-Unit is spotless and has every thing you need for 24hrs to long term. Shower water presser is even great!-Pro#5-Dollar general Family dollar are both close if you forgot anything Walmart is maybe 15 mins...

”The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.”

”Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...

”The place was clean and cozy. The host very nice and had great communication all through the process. We got to Knoxville early and they let us come early which was quite nice. Our dog felt at home there. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

”This rental is cozy. There were 4 adults in our family group. It worked well for the 4 of us. 1 bathroom made us be patient with each other, but for us this was not a problem. The house was exceptionally clean, check-in was easy. We were able to park 2 cars. If you have large vehicles this might be a problem, The kitchen was very practical and well stocked. The queen bed was most comfortable. The cabinet was large enough to hold our clothes for hanging with adequate hangers. Plenty of...
