”Building is old and hasa very dirty parking and hand rails, stairs are completely black from use. They sweep, but the place needs sandblasting and fresh paint. Room ok but one matress sagging badly, I was rolling into the sag- had to use a pillow behind me LOL! Sink drained vrry slowly. Hopefully, the owner already has maintence plans in the works.

”This was a perfect location near gas stations, highway, fast food and groceries. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property was quiet and perfect for a single lady traveling alone. It felt safe. No homeless or drug addicts hanging around. You will see them at the Redding city hall. There used to be a neat sculpture park there. I wouldn’t recommend visiting it now. It’s an affordable, safe and conveniently located place to stay in Anderson, CA.”
