Updated Cabin + Boat Parking + A/C + Walk to Town

Welcome to the newly renovated Moose Meadow Retreat. The cabin is a stones throw away from the east village, and is located on a huge flat lot with large parking area with lots and lots of space to spread out and bring your boat!!! Enjoy a game of cornhole, faux axe throwing, or some basketball with your group in the oversize driveway area. Property is located close to the lake, and will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (max occupancy is strictly enforced).



SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:

Bedroom (First Floor) - King Size Bed

Open Loft (Second Floor) - King Size Bed

Open Bunk Nook (First Floor Hall) - Twin XL Bunk Beds



Property has 1 private bedroom on the first floor, 1 open loft on the second floor, and and open bunk nook area off the hallway on the first floor, with one bathroom on the first floor.



WHAT'S PROVIDED:

Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are all provided for your convenience. Items are provided as a courtesy and are not guarantied. You may need to purchase additional supplies for larger parties or extended stays.



Also, we provide all of the following freshly laundered linens for your stay: towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, quilts, and blankets.



Kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a delicious meal. A Keirug duo is available for your caffeine needs (which can make single cups or full pots depending on your needs). If cooking isn’t your thing the local town is a quick drive or stroll away and has several different dining options available.



Free Wifi is provided, and TVs are equipped with streaming via Sling. Property has a mini split air conditioning unit located in the living room area.



IMPORTANT INFO:

***Property is located in the mountains which is considered a high risk wildfire area. There may be times when our electricity utility company temporarily shuts off electricity to the property due to increased wildfire risk caused by winds, etc. These temporary power outages are rare precautionary measures and are beyond our control.***



***Loud noise and loud music is not allowed at anytime.



***There is no landline telephone line at the property. Cell service for most carriers is available.



***High Speed Internet is provided and is the fastest WiFi available in the area. Service will occasionally be on and off due to mountain location, altitude, and weather.



***Property is located in the mountains, thus it is located in a wildlife area. Especially between March and November, there is a possibility of seeing Bears and other wildlife. It is extremely important to not leave any food or trash outside or in vehicles, that vehicles are locked at all times, and that windows lower than 10 feet from the ground are not left open at night or when leaving the property.



***Property is located in the mountains, which is home to various species of snakes, scorpions, and many other types of bugs and reptiles. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not leave children unattended.



***Please be advised we do have two external cameras located on the front porch and on the side of the house facing the driveway area. We do not reside in the property full time and use the camera to monitor for property security and snow levels.



***We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions, and/or park closures as these are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase the travel insurance offered at the time of booking if weather is a concern.



***Please be advised that there will be third parties periodically on site at the property to perform landscaping, and pest spraying services.



RULES:

• Maximum occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced (Occupancy greater than 8 guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $500 fee)

• No smoking or vaping inside the home

• No driving or parking on any unpaved areas

• No parties/events (Unauthorized parties/events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $1,000 fee)

• No pets allowed (Unauthorized Pet Fee $500)

• No 3rd Party Bookings Allowed (Person making reservation must be staying at property)

• Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am

• No loud music or excessive noise inside or outside the unit at any time

• Tampering with or disabling the Wifi, or camera will result in immediate cancellation with no refund

• Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors

• No open fires or fireworks allowed

• No feeding wildlife

• No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless pre-approved by host in advance

• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions, etc. as these are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase the travel insurance offered at the time of booking if weather or travel conditions are a concern

• No flushing anything other than toilet paper in toilet (Flushing other items - even if labeled as flushable - could result in damage and additional fees for repairs)

• Please help us keep white towels white - black makeup washcloths are provided for make-up removal, etc. so white towels are not stained.
