”Room clean”

”Staff was friendly and polite. The hotel was not well taken care of. They were adding a workout area and stored supplies in the pool area. It looked like someone’s garage. The screen in our room was bent and falling out the window. The office chair back was broken so if you leaned back at all, the chair would flip. We stayed for three nights and asked for our room to be cleaned with the expected twenty four hours in advance notice and they never cleaned it. We had to ask for extra towels...

”During my four night stay the first night the room felt a bit damp. This got a little better after running the AC and the bathroom exhaust fan.”

”Me and my cat stayed here for quite awhile while I was visiting family. Everyone here was so helpful and the place was great.”

”Hotel is right on the riverwalk which is cool. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had some cool amenities for guests (bar and nice lounge) but we didn’t use them. Breakfast was very limited!”

”I would never stay here again, or recommend it to anyone. The whole place was run down, and the room had a smell to it. The mini fridge leaked and barely worked, half of the lights and outlets did not work either. The pool looked disgusting with orange build up all around it. The bathroom next to the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the whole toilet was splattered in poop. Do not stay here”

”The entire property was lovely, we had access to all amenities and there were shuttles that took us to all restaurants and the Sports core. Our room was clean and loved the bathroom! A very nice breakfast was included and coffee available all day. Happy hour offered a free beer or glass of wine and a full bar to purchase a drink. The staff was extremely helpful. They are expanding this property and it looks fantastic”
