Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.”

”Upon arriving, we were given our two rooms because we traveled with five guests. Everything was clean. They were catered to us extra towels. A parking was available no matter what time we came in and out. The pool was great accessibility for the kids and the laundry room was key to wash and drying all the wet clothes so we didn’t have to travel back with that one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in a long time.”

”We really enjoyed our brief stay at the Ocean Gate Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful and the on-site amenities were plentiful. We especially enjoyed our morning kayak adventure where we saw a couple gray seals and a lobster boat out checking their traps. The breakfast buffet was good not great and the rooms were nice. Would definitely stay there again just to take advantage of all the on-site activities.”

”Incompetent staff. Unfortunately even if you carry an honor status you can't get room service daily . Even making of bed . Bathrooms need to be wiped down and vacuum daily . Very disappointing . Will stay with Marriott property next time .”
