”Always stay here prior to trips utilizing airport, have shuttle service you can leave your vehicle safely till your return, rooms are clean staff helpful.”

”The staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great when we were talking with our driver on the shuttle that they make sure to do teamwork. Loved hearing that. Makes it a successfully run hotel.”

”I liked that the location is good, close to major highways, I80. 480, 71. Very easy to get to City from this hotel. Due to an event in the City it was overpriced, which was not nice.”

”Great hotel! Very clean and good smelling room. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that this hotel borders a railroad track that is pretty busy, so if you’re not a heavy sleeper like I am, something to take note of.”

”The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed.”

”The cleanliness of our accommodations was not entirely satisfactory. The sheets and floor were quite soiled, and there was no toilet paper provided. While other aspects were acceptable, we had hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness.”

”The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest! Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!”

”Housekeeping didn’t come and take trash or bring new towels as I requested. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, one room we had was too warm and my mother in-law room was not working properly either. It the worst place but not near the best. A very mid hotel.”

”Room had a bad smell, blankets were dirty from the previous guest. Not recommended at all. High price for what you paying 👎”

”I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve”

”There was no a/c in lobby. Very hot and humid out. Very noisy in my room. Always something running. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very old, looked dirty (stains in bathroom). Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.”
