Hotel was located in perfect area with your own elevator entry to the mall and Mtr-train was really close. We enjoyed walking so we walked to victoria harbour, admiralty etc.

The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!).
