”I absolutely loved this building and the owner was wonderful. She just has a lot of work to continue to build this beautiful spot. Our room was wonderful. But you need to walk up stairs to all the rooms so if you can't do that, this isn't the place for you. It's literally on the water and I liked that a lot.”

”The hotel is in a quiet residential location. It's convenient to get to since it's close to the highway access. We stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event in Shelburne that's 30 minutes away from the place. I would recommend this place if you are near the area.”

”We ended up at Bruce House after a last-minute change of plans and I’m so glad we did! Overall, the space was clean and comfortable (the shower was especially lovely) and we were able to take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen. The back yard/patio was a great place to relax. We even had a deer and fawn stop by! Communication with the host was great and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.”
