”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”This hotel is perfectly adequate. If it's luxury you're looking for, you would be happier elsewhere, and you'd pay a much higher price. But the rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfast adequate, and the price is the best thing around. It is in a decent part of town. I felt safe walking at night. The staff are friendly. I'm much happier staying here and paying the price than I would be staying at a place that cost twice as much but had nicer sheets and towels and greater choice of breakfast...

"Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
