”LOVE their free dinner every night! Staff is really kind and welcoming. Love that's it's right next door to a good restaurant. Comfy beds. It's a little outdated and the elevator hasn't worked the last 3 times I have gone.”

”Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We did unfortunately have a few minor issues during our stay, which we had to get with reception about. Each item was dealt with immediately by staff. Even better was that staff were so warm, and easy to talk to. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. We did spend time relaxing in the room each afternoon. Bathroom could maybe use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s so minor compared to the pluses. Wonderful lobby area. There’s so much space to sit...

”El desayuno es aceptable, las habitaciones comodas pero ojo que el elevador es muy ridoso y despues de rato se vuelve molesto porque no se deja de escuchar cuando estas dentreo de la habitación, sobre todo habitacines que estan cerca del elevador”

”Our stay was good, the elevators were not working but when you’re eating out a lot that’s a little mini workout. We stayed for the weekend and the lady in the front desks was kind enough to hold the room next to mine for my sister so we would have an adjacent room”

”When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!”

”Cold A/C with clean room. Bathroom needed attention with dirty tub or heavily stain fixtures and toilet would not flush with a broken chain.”

”Parking was fine. Tight in the front and side but plentiful in the back. Hotel was pretty good. Room was clean. Lobby was clean. Really great experience. Breakfast was limited with choices but got the job done. Nothing great but nothing bad either. Just to get you through the day. Breakfast area was very tight but the lobby seating was plentiful. Get there early lol. Great experience. 7/10.”

”We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.”

”Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bathroom sink crusty with dirt not cleaned. They advertise room service but it is a hoax. If you call they will charge you $5 just to connect you to Grubhub or similar, then they charge you more for the food than the menu advertises plus another extra if you want to pay with card over the phone. It seems like a fraudulent way to get extra cash from you, they should just say call grubhub, doordash or similar on your own. When I told front desk they...
