”There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. ”

”You get what you pay for! It was a place to lay out heads . Bed was uncomfortable and the property is old and out of date. Staff was okay though. ”

”Everyone was incredible but the gentleman that checked us in was our favorite. Great sense of humor and he even took it upon himself to go out of his way and ensure my pregnant wife had easy access to our room with parking directly outside of our window. We will be back! ”

”The front desk staff was not welcoming. Check in was quick, we didn’t get there until 930ish.. we called downstairs to ask if the restaurant was open, they said yes. We came downstairs walked into the restaurant, they said they’re closed. ”The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area. My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles! Everything else...

”Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between.”

”Everything about our one-night stay was terrific. The front desk was responsive and quickly provided the additional amenities we needed. The breakfast was meh. ”My 14 year nephew, 8 year old son and myself decided to do a staycation at this hotel for the first time. When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly front desk staffer. We needed a cot for extra guest and we offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with two beds. Our room was clean. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was fun. It was deep enough for adults as well as little ones. The hot tub was also nice. It was packed with people but we still had enough space to play. This...

”The employee at the front desk showed no enthusiasm what-so-ever when we arrived for check in. I don’t expect much, but when the receptionist looks annoyed when customers arrive, it does not paint a good picture of the hotel. Other than that, a decent hotel for a few nights.”
