”The property was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpful. However, the 4 o'clock check-in was a nightmare because everyone was trying to get into the building at once. If the room check in times were staggered it would be better on everyone. ”

”Our family had a fantastic time! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, provided towels/linens and washer/dryer. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids (10 and 14). The views (and the sound of the water) from the balcony could not be beat. Phil was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions. If we are back in the area, we will be sure to stay again!”

”A wonderful condo- great location, beautiful views. It was within walking distance to Pier Park and a couple of restaurants. 8th floor is great. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Good pools, hot tub and quick access to the beach. We would love to return. A few things were included that I didn’t expect— coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, etc. We have definitely stayed in places that those weren’t included! A new washer/dryer which worked great. ”The condo was huge, with more than enough room for a decent size family or group. The view is spectacular and the rooftop terrace is super cool and unique. The property owner was seamless in advance and there was no need to contact him before or during the stay. There’s plenty of parking and security access was easy. ”
