”We booked a “spa resort” and tried to make spa appointments but the did not have an availability. The “soaking pools” were lukewarm warm. Paid premium, got Walmart.”

”Book this room for the price. It looks unimpressive at first glance. However it was the cleanest most impressive place i have stayed at on my 3 week vacation to montana and idaho. Built in 1958 on the main road at the time, before the interstate. Run by a couple who have been at it for 18 years. I highly recommend this motel. A diamond in the ruff!”

”The hotel is under construction. The workers are leaving tools and items on the hotel floors. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are missing the shampoos and sope.”

”Definitely a 3/10. Many of the walls had the wallpaper falling off of them, the layout of the room was inconvenient to say the least, stains on the blankets, couldn’t really use the tv. Overall not the best stay I’ve had, I will say the beds were very nice and comfy but that’s about all this place had going for it. For the price I will definitely not be going there again, there’s cheaper places in the area that feel way more like home”

”Newer construction and nice, clean and modern rooms. One of the better Motel 6 properties I have visited. Local is just out of site of the Snake RIver, but easy to drive to food and fun. Would definitely stay there again. One thing my room did not have was a mini-fridge nor microwave. However, the ice and vending machines in common area were well stocked. Management at front desk was very helpful to get my cable TV going with no issues.”

”Hotel was fine, but the elevator broke down while I was in it with my kids. When we finally was able to get out, my son went down to tell the staff and the lady was really rude and blamed it breaking down on us, saying we were pressing to many buttons which absolutely didn't happen. The lady was extremely rude to me and my children about the situation. Also the room smelt a little mildewy the ac stunk.”

”The pool and hot tub were broken along with the ice machine that was leaking all down the hall. Hotel is older needs maintenance. Front desk staff friendly. Room not cleaned overnight. Seems understaffed. Bed was lumpy. Breakfast was good.”

”Everything looked clean and organized well. Our room did not contain any information about the area, the in-house restaurant, or instructions for calling the desk—maybe that’s not a holiday inn thing. The bed and pillows were decent. One thing we did notice was that the shower pan gets quite slick when wet — noticeably more so than most places we’ve been. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at a decent rate.”

”We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Idaho Falls. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We specifically booked a room overlooking the Snake River and the Idaho Falls Temple, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect way to end a meaningful family trip through Alberta, and my parents loved waking up to such a peaceful setting. The location is fantastic, with an easy walk along the river...

”This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. And I really appreciated their activity board that let us know places to go and things to do in the area. All...
