Chalet't – Shenandoah Valley

”The host was very kind, responsive and hospitable. We did some nearby attractions- toured route 11 chip factory, and Shenandoah caverns and their wonderland museum is not to be missed! The mountain had great skiing for my kids. The cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything we needed to be warm, comfortable and fed:) We highly recommend Tony and this unit to families. Checkout at 10am can be challenging with kids but I think that must be common on vrbo. Thank You! ”

”Chris was very responsive. The house was well-stocked, clean, big, and conveniently located to the resort. Great amenities, especially the game room and hot tub. Enjoyed the fireplace and big pile of wood. Bring your own fire starters to make lif with easier. Perfect place for two families to share.”

”While the home was lovely and kitchen and bath stocked with cooking supplies and bath products, the fireplace only worked one day. I asked Holly in advance about the fireplace working as a previous comment by another renter stated it was not working. She assured me it was. A contractor was sent out to check it, and had to come back a second time to check the fuel tank. The fuel tank was empty. I asked about a refund based on this issue. I was given a very minimal amount, which was not applied....
