”We really enjoyed our two night stay at Skyland. It’s an older property which had a nice feel to it. The location was great and the views were spectacular, and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the nearby restaurant each day, and although the food was pretty good, the service was not. Our order was stuffed up both nights and it was hard to even get our order taken in the morning. As long as you have patience, you will enjoy the restaurant too. Good stay overall.”

”Overall great experience - with that said their computer system wasnt working right. I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. Nice hotel, good local, and friendly staff.”

”I was excited to stay here as it was an upgrade from the other 2 hotels/motels we stayed at. Upon entering I was reminded of a nursing home facility, as the lobby had a distinctive unpleasant smell to it. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The room was a little smaller than so had an anticipated, but still comfortable.”
