”Young people at the reception were looking at the screen while talking to you. No apologies for reasonable complaints or requests. Not rude exactly but close and definitely indifferent. The ”Skyline view” we paid extra for was towards bushes of a big park, a 5 store apartment building and the fancier hotel towers next door. Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel. It felt like because we used...

”Almost everything was great. The carpets either need cleaned or replaced. A few oddities here and there in the property like the closet was lopsided. No issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. One member was good but very nonchalant. I’d stay again. Not perfect but not bad. ”

”The Rooftop bar had a small menu, but what was offered was great. Breakfast is not included in the stay, but they do offer drip coffee and tea in the Lobby as a part of the stay. I did not go to the Lobby Bar. ”

”For some reason, my room has some sort of funk smell to it. Not sure if it’s as a result of the town’s air freshener that they used. Also, the towel the gave me the first day had some kind of smell as well. Apart from that, the rules were clean and they cleaned the rooms every day and changed the towels. The hotel is close to lots of activities. The staff were nice and operated 24/7 during my 4-day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

”The room was fairly clean but not well stocked with essentials such as enough paper towels and additional wash clothes and towels. The stay itself was okay. There was a lot of noise during the entire stay from the floor above. It was constant and very tiring. The unit we were in was 411. ”

”During check-in, a staff member was engaged in conversation with their family. The shower facilities were cold. I requested towels, but the staff informed me that they would not be available until the morning. Despite this, towels were still unavailable.”

”The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...
