”The rooms are very noisy. We could hear conversations in the next room and when they used their shower, we had to turn the TV up... It was that loud! Maintenance was done right outside our room at 8a, which was loud enough to wake us up.
The room itself was clean but had a very squeaky fridge door and clanging bath exhaust fan, which they fixed after we complained.
The beds are very soft, so if you need any back support, look elsewhere.
It does have good recreational things for kids and...

”This was our first time to checked in at the 3 star hotel with my wife. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. First: the floor has so much dirt as we walked barefoot. My wife need to wiped the floor with wet towel. Towel turns black! I get that we checked in at the 3 star hotel but cleanliness must be the priority of every hotels. Not so good: We had 2 adjoining rooms. Neither tv worked. A replacement tv was brought in to room 1 and still it did not work after 3 people looked at it. We found (on our own) the cable seemed to have a short. The remote for tv in room 2 was not programed to the tv/cable box. We figured it out on our own. The rooms need a deep clean. ”We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything we needed to know. We stayed in the family suite, which had plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from, and the pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”
