”This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!”

”The room was okay, likely due to the discounted rate. However, there was a leak from the upstairs bathtub area that left the ceiling wet. Additionally, the edges of the carpet were dusty as if they hadn’t been vacuumed. While it was generally fine for a short stay and you get what you pay for, these issues need attention. On a positive note, the pancake machine was a great alternative to the usual waffle machine.”

”It was a bed and bathroom for the night. Nothing fancy. Beds were hard but it was clean. No where to hang towels not even hand towels. It was nice to have a shuttle to park and the staff were friendly. If you are just needing a very basic no frills hard beds this is your place. They had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee.”

”Pro: Courtenay was on the desk the night we arrived. She was friendly, helpful and sweet.
Con : Some of the other staff we encountered during our 4 night stay were likely overworked and underpaid and their behaviour reflected that.
Pro : Location was awesome ! So easy to get anywhere we wanted.
Con : Breakfast was decent but you need to come early or late to avoid the crowds. Breakfast was until 9:30 but they didn’t seem to refill items after 9:00.
Pro : Reasonable room price and we had three...
