”Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. ”

The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. ”Really lovely apartment. Hadn’t expected separate sitting room but it proved perfect for entertaining my son and his friends for drinks before going out for dinner. Kitchen perfectly kitted out with espresso machine, microwave. Dishwasher and even champagne flutes. Slippers and robe another nice touch (robes are a bit small). This is our 3rd stay at an Urban Creations apartment and there is no need to look any further if staying in Bristol.”

”A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
