Clean room. I didn’t like this hotel. It was old, the hallways very narrow and it had very dark carpeting with white walls. Not cheerful at all. My room was a “suite?”. The sofa was so low to the floor I couldn’t get out of it. It was facing the bed. The desk person was polite but offered nothing but “ breakfast at 7-9:30 and leave your key when you check out. The seating area for breakfast was either sit at a long counter and stair into a dark blue wall or sit at one of 2 tables. Breakfast offering was marginal. You get what you pay for and this hotel is “The Basics”. If you are on a budget then “go for it”.

We stayed one night during our travels. The front desk staff was totally uninterested in any conversation. There was no service person at the front desk available to check us out, so we just left.

The employee that checked us in was fantastic. He double checked that I wasn't getting charged twice, he helped me out quickly when I left my keys in the room and was very speedy with check-in. Room was also great. Will definitely stay here again.

Our door key wouldn’t consistently work, the tv was off line and wouldn’t work. The front desk wasn’t very friendly about fixing it

The check in process was the worst part of the whole stay… the older lady checking us in was not only rude but unfriendly. It was 8pm and my son and I just wanted to get to the room to go to bed. The process was a 30 minute check in. Something wasn’t working with the computer and she had to call her boss. Just a terrible process. No sorry or any type of appreciation. I work in a hotel and it was sad to see this type of service from other hotels. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

The room was wonderfully clean and fresh. But the door and walls are fairly thin. The receptionist put me on the first floor right next to the lobby and people coming and going kept me awake til almost 1 am. If sleep is important make sure you get an upper floor room.

Isn't it so nice when you walk into a hotel and the guy on reception is welcoming, personable and knows how to help you? For an inexpensive hotel, this place is a great find. I stayed a couple of nights and it was a great decision. Comfy beds, nice room design, great views, and the only thing I would have changed was to book much earlier to get a ground floor room with my doggo.

We’ve stayed here many times with no complaint. Unfortunately, this time both drains in the bathroom were clogged, the gfi outlet in the bathroom did not work and there were 400 dead flies on the floor and on the window sill. Very disappointing.

The floor was filthy. Hair and dust through out the room. Sheets where dirty as if they where never changes hair again in the sheets. The smell in the hotel instantly made you want to gage. When asked for a refund the manager was super rude instantly saying no refund and to move away from the desk to check others in When NO onew was behind me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The worse part expedia would.only refund 30 points equivalent to $30 on a $150 room. We left the hotel and are staying in the Hampton Inn nice clean hotel with no disgusting smell.

The coffee maker in our room could not work because the filter holder was too large for the maker. The only coffee available in the room was decaf. Didn’t really matter because it wouldn’t work. Breakfast area needed knives.

Unfortunately the hotel was very outdated and dirty. The first room was pretty gross and thankfully the one we were moved to was better but the whole place still smells like smoke and gross carpets. Multiple issue with cards not working for doors, the staff was helpful but you could tell they didn’t really want to be there. We will be booking a different hotel on our way back through

Went to get breakfast and it was out. There was no coffee and overheard manager tell employee to tell everyone there was no more. This was at 8:30 in the morning. Loud hotel and not the cleanest. Had nice employees.
