âI reserved a room with a river view. The only window looks into the hall. Of the under level.The room was stuffy it only has controllable heat. The air is controlled upstairs.I recommend bringing a fan. This was my second time at this lodge. First time was much better. Thats why i came back.Thst and the pizza is amazing. â

âOur room was full of dust which I am allergic. I informed the front desk that I was affected by it, so they sent a person to clean it. Did not offer a different room. Cleaning made the black dust all over the ceiling coming from the vents look better but didnât help my reaction. The lady told me to take Benadryl! The entire time I was there I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner samples because the bottles in the bathroom was empty. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money and time...

âGreat place for last minute stay in Springfield. Near everything. Standard breakfast fare. The attendant was exceptional. Comfy pillows, soft bed, room temp perfect. A bit noisy next to road, but turned on ac fan and it was gone. Would stay here again. â

âOn my visit third week of April is was 80+ degrees outside. I checked in shortly after 9pm and went to my assigned room - it was overly warm so I immediately checked the thermostat to make sure it was working. It was set at 68 degrees, but the room was 77 degrees. I grabbed my things and went back to the front desk to report that the HVAC was broken in that room and could they reassign me.
