”Clean”

”We always stay here when we come into town! Very convenient location when visiting our family!”

”When I arrived I thought the room was not clean enough, and the staff corrected it immediately. They were very helpful.”

”We stayed with our family for the Ren faire. The room itself was nice but the microwave had its issues”

”The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.”

”The place was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were incredible and well stocked/ attended.”

”The room had a very strong Chemical smell that hit me in the face as soon as I opened the door. It gave me a headache. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable as well. The sheets and pillowcases looked like someone had already Slept on them. The room overall looked very old, run down and was not cleaned well. I would not choose this hotel ever again.”

”The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.”

”The property was overbooked and we couldn’t stay there.”

”First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...

”This is a good property. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. We had a suite, and the kitchen was decently appointed. The property is not in the congested part of Mooresville which is nice. I would stay here again. My only caveat is there is no housekeeping until the seventh day. We stayed for six nights, and it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once. Anything can be replenished, etc., but I really don’t stay at a hotel to take towels to a desk for exchange....

”Great breakfast”
