”Everything about my stay was amazing. I needed a early check in and the were so helpful to make sure that could happen. On top of that we needed extra towels and they were quick to get them to us. The staff was so kind and helpful. This stay was amazing and we will come back soon.”

”Clean rooms and good breakfast”

”Everything was top notch. The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family.”

”Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights.”

”Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. ”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though”

”Great location, easy parking, beautiful trees and views. Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests.”

”Bathroom/shower area was really cruddy. Looks like baseboards had never/ever been cleaned. Toilet seat was hanging on to toilet by a thread. Door scraped floor when opening or closing, and hinges needed oiling. Other main issue was that air conditioner would not run continuously, but would cool for a while, and then stop.
