”The stay was, for the most part, good. However, we stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never entered our room. I think they should have come in at least once to empty the trash and do a few minor checks. Parking was a little challenging, especially in the beginning with large mobile cranes doing some type of work in the parking lot. The breakfast was good.”

”Breakfast was your regular run of the usuals- waffle maker, fake eggs, potatoes and grits. Pastries, cereal, fruit- ok if you are not picky. Not bad for an overnight stay. Bed wasn’t as nice as I’d remembered to a Hampton Inn- a bit sunken in the middle so my back hurt in the morning. Clean though!”

”When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

”We normally really enjoy staying at Hyatt Place but this location was our least favorite experience. Much more worn and needing maintenance (many signs of wear/tear and our bathroom sink faucet fixture was completely detached from the countertop) than the standard we are used to. Also we booked this specifically to have a shuttle from/to the airport but there was no room in the time slot we needed to arrive for our departure in the am. Staff were not apologetic nor accommodating, just kinda...

”Air condition sounded like a lawn mower was on as it cycle through to turn off. It kept us awake and it was warm in the room. You have to pay for parking even if you’re staying for the night. We had to leave before 6 on a Saturday so they did not have a grab and go breakfast like they did M-F. So all of the above was disappointing. Staff was great and room was really nice. Really convenient to airport ”
