”Very good and quiet airport hotel with great services”

”Nice room. Bathroom clean. Very clean oveall. Staff at check in was really helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee available all day and it's really good.”

”The rooms at this hotel reserved specifically for Expedia customers are only at the front of the place. The front is about 150 ft. From a major highway. Trucks, tractor trailer, motorcycles. Loud cars racing up Rt. 50s made for one of the loudest, disturbed sleeps ever. We asked for a room facing away from the highway, but we were told we needed to pay full price for another room. No paying the difference between room price. She did offer 10% for the new room, but the cost was still...

”I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great.”

”Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!”

”The hotel is very clean, and comfortable however I find it crazy that you have to pay $15 to park overnight while I’m literally paying for a room. And the front desk receptionist can definitely have a better attitude. I would not stay here but if you’re open to paying for parking and breakfast then it’s a nice place to stay.”

”We loved the quaintness of the room, complete with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling drapes. Having a restaurant right on site was incredible. I especially loved the girl dinner deal! We enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful.”

”There is more than one town of Laurel, and when we mistakenly booked at this location, we immediately called to cancel and they refused. They decided to forego customer service in favor of capturing a few dollars for services they would never render. A good little anecdote for how American culture seems increasingly trending towards the selfish and vain. Good job, Best Western. Another family of hotels we will strive to avoid. Way to ruin it for the rest of them…”

”Parking was plentiful and lighting was good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was well laid out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast I gave 4 stars only because I am not an egg person, so I hoped for pancakes or French toast. The breakfast potatoes were delicious. They had fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins, juice. We would definitely stay again.”
