The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. I loved the beautiful lake view and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor balcony overlooking...

”The young lady working at the front desk the day we arrived and the day we departed went above and beyond. We arrived well ahead of time and asked if there were any early check ins. We had a room with 2 queen beds but she was able to find 2 double beds and honestly that was much better for my daughter and I.
The hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. The service was a little slow but after a very long travel day it was nice to have dinner right there. Affordable and good food.”

”We booked the more expensive room and when we arrived they gave us the cheaper room that smelled. When I returned to the desk they told me it was a pet room (hence no carpeting). They changed it. When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. ...

”I witnessed the manager verbally abuse one of the workers there. The water to the building was shut off so I couldn't take a shower or flush the toilet at all. To top it off the lights were flickering and the outlet by the mirror wasn't working. It wasn't the gfci either incase anyone needed to know. Also traffic to get in was a nightmare plus having to pay for parking. Other than that the experience was fine. Really could have used a shower considering I paid for a room and amenities I wasn't...

”Decent option for economy choice, but overall bit run down. Our room had distinct dog smell and beds were kinda lumpy. Shower head was leaking and the faucet was weirdly loose (but worked). Pretty good breakfast! We didn’t use pool, but it looked okay. Not walkable area, except little convenience store, but about 10-15 min drive to a lot of things.”
