”Wonderful hotel!
We had the largest room at a top floor. Nice views of the surrounding area and lots of light. Staff is very friendly and really goes the extra mile to help you and answer all questions as well as make recommendations. Their English was very good too.
Please disregard all the reviews saying this hotel is far from the station! There are plenty of stations around within a 5-15 min walk so if you don’t want to go to the further one you can always adjust your travel itinerary...
”The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us send our luggage to our next hotel—they even accompanied us to the convenience store to get everything sorted. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with nice restaurants within walking distance and easy train access to more central areas. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay”
”Erittäin viihtyisä hotelli kätevällä sijainnilla. Tilava huone. Lisävuode tuntui aivan kunnon vuoteelta. Sängyt isot ja mukavat. Koko hotelli erittäin siisti. Upea henkilökunta. Yleiset tilat viihtyisät ja mm pyykinpesukoneita mahdollista käyttää. Sijainti näppärä. Alue rauhallinen, useita ruokapaikkoja sekä pieniä ruokakauppoja/kioskeja. Loistavat yhteydet ympäri kaupunkia. Pidimme siitä että kiireisen ja ruuhkaisen päivän jälkeen hotellin kulmilla rauhallista ja illallispaikkoja silti useita....
”We stayed at the heritage and had excellent service and felt very well taken care of . The food Options were very good and to reiterate, the staff were absolutely outstanding we also visited the museum across the driveway and it was a pleasant surprise all in all an A+ effort, even though the hotel itself is a bit pricey, but well worth it compared to others

”The hotel is really luxurious, maybe a bit outdated. The views are nice, beds are good and the room we had for 3 was good size.
There is a nice park next to the hotel.”
”Uusi hotelli Ginzan reunalla ja lähellä juna-asemaa. Lähellä suora metroyhteys Naritalle (tosin vuoroväli harva). Siistit ja nykyaikaiset huoneet ovat suuremmat kuin normi japanilainen. Ei muita kuin japanilaisia maksuttomia tv kanavia. Check in oli yksityiskohtainen ja avulias. Premieriin kuuluvasta 10f mini loungesta ei kuitenkaan mainittu check inissä. Päivittäinen siivous on vain pintapuolista (roskat & pyyhkeet). ”

The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.”
