"Very close to the Kyoto railwaystation. Negative: You have to self- check in with using an automate. Staff speaks very poor english. When we bought the breakfast, i tried to pay at the counter before entering to the breakfastroom. They instead said, pay at the desk when you are leaving the breakfast. Still the waitress came twice to disturbe us with the bill when i was eating (a croissant in my mouth) asking how i would like to pay when we leave. Not a nice experience."

"Suuremmoinen sijainti!! Tilava huone. Riisutut palvelut (ei teetä/kahvia huoneessa, eikä muuallakaan saatavilla). Japanilainen ravintola, myös aamiainen japanilaistyylinen ( 3 vaihtoehtoa). Länsimainen aamiainen niin ikään japanilaistyylinen sipulikeittoineen ja porsaanleikkeleineen)."

"Siisti hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Juna ja bussi asema todella lähellä. Helppo liikkua tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin. Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen."

"Spacious rooms for a decent price. The hotel is rather new and everything is in good condition. Onsen type of public bath available. Only negative is the location, one stop with train from Kyoto station. Railway museum and Aquarium nearby, other than that not much more. Still a very solid option in Kyoto, especially for families with children that might need a larger room for an affordable price. "

"Extravagant and pompous. Despite being relatively modern, the hotel feels dated due to perhaps some desire for old times luxyry. Huge in size and very crowded. The room was literally minutes away from the front desk. Superior twin room was spacious for local standards and impeccably clean. Breakfest buffet seems to favor quantity of varieties over quality. We did like the cat-robot collecting used dishes though. Restaurants appear hugely overpriced concidering the alternatives in the vicinity. The location is very convenient for all purposes however. Would not visit again, would not recommend. Unless you feel the need for some tad overboard pretention. "

"Ihana onsen-hotelli, kylpylä siisti ja tunnelmallinen. Huoneet siistit, palvelu pelasi. Kiva kokemus että kengät jätettiin koko hotellin ulko-ovelle. Aamiainen monipuolinen japanilainen aamiainen. Sijainti tosi hyvä ihan Kioton rautatieaseman lähellä. Onsen-oloasuja olisi saanut olla isompiakin kokoja. "
