”My girlfriend sat down to pee when we got into the room and the toilet paper holder snapped off near her elbow leaving a big bruise on her arm. The hotel is overall clean. The breakfast is continental. We told the front desk about the toilet paper thing and there really wasn’t anything said. It’s close to nice restaurants. Overall it’s an okay hotel for a one night stay type of deal”

”The room was not clean the floor had dirt, dirty walls had stickers . Shower had broken off handle holes and by the shower head. The towels were dirty. AC barely worked there was no blankets on the bed the only blankets left had holes in them . There was no breakfast only muffins and honey buns. Door didn’t fit to trim leaving a gap .”

”We reserved this room very last minute and we were only there for about 9 hours, just to sleep. So we didn't use any of the amenities. The room was nice and big, and it was very clean. No complaints here.”

”clean and convenient，the lady in front desk of 12nd Sunday is very nice， The water in swimming pool outsides is warm and comfortable. I really enjoy swimming till the rain. The only regret is that the printer is out of work they can not print the receipts.”

”Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

”Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help. Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved...
