”I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

”Location is excellent, staffs were super helpful, the room we stayed was clean - we had a pleasant stay.”

”写真とまったくちがいます！高層ビルの写真と全く違う！2階だてのビジネスホテル！全く日が当たらない部屋 シャワーは弱く湯のでも悪い スタッフはいい人でした”

”Clean”

”Clean room and good service”

”There was no airport shuttle”

”Excellent service, nice, clean hotel. A little bit far away from the city.”

The only complaint was the internet, a little slow. And if you are a light sleeper you will need some earplugs. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel.”

”The room was spotless and incredibly well thought out — automated curtains, TV, and even a smart toilet. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the complimentary toiletries were clean and complete, which made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, with a laundry room and fitness equipment available. It was quiet at night, and the room itself was spotless. I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid...
