”Beautiful place to stay. Best feature was the iron outdoor tub! Full home with plenty of space. Step stairs. Two raised beds and two futons on the floor. Which were a little hard for me. And I love sleeping on a rock. But it didn’t matter at the end of a long walking day, a soak in the tub, sleep came Wally enough. Washer on site, no dryer, just a clothes rack which was very handy. Full fridge and microwave/airfyer. Nice fragrance bath soaps. Small shower room. But nice and hot water....

”Beside the leaking ceiling, the room was nice. I was upgraded and also the staffs were extremely kind and thoughtful. Gave me a welcome gift while during the stay and it was nice to see child hood snacks at the front. Decoration and the atmosphere were very nice. Over all lived my stay and would come back 20/10.”

”Amazing experience with a friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! They offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and a free ticket to the public onsen next door. Definitely visiting again!”

”They had a crib for my daughter which was super helpful. The staff was kind and also very helpful. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it to others because it was a great place to go with a baby.”

”Everything was great here! It was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, calming, and peaceful. The house was stalked with all the amenities and the staff was amazing. It was so worth it!”

”Erittäin siisti huone, hyvä aamupala ja upea kylpylä.”

”Quiet and spacious”

”The shower was large and spacious! The stone bath was amazing too! I loved all the amenities and the fine details. Definitely worth the price”

”Stayed for one night here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had good amenities. The onsen (bath) at the 6th floor was very nice and had good water temperature, not too hot but pleasantly warm. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast chef was super friendly and spoke good English too - he explained what each dish was clearly. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Kyoto.”

”Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and...

”Property is well maintained and clean but I was given a double bed room while my booking is 1 bed. I only wanted a 1 bed bedroom, which was what I booked for, and did not get it. Hotel staff claim my booking is a flexible booking but I showed them my booking page and said I see nothing about it being flexible. I did not know this. They simply said they didn’t write Expedia page. I was thinking to ask for a refund but at the moment other hotels that I saved before were fully booked. If I knew...
