”Hotelli ihan ok, mutta alue ei ollut turvallisen tuntuinen. Olimme maksaneet koko viikon majoituksen, mutta yövyimme vain kaksi yötä ja vaihdoimme pois Bradfordista koska siellä ei ole turvallista olla.”

”It was my second time here in the last few weeks, the first visit was a large room king bed and I had no issues. Good clean room, good Internet connection. On this occasion I chose a suite, very disappointed with the standard considering the cost between the 2 rooms. The Internet was poor, tv buffering all the time on iplayer etc, had to use own network for phone coverage. The rooms are situated at the side of the industrial estate, i opened the windows for some fresh air but had to close them...

Breakfast was disappointing given the cost, and the bar was extortionate - a single glass of red wine, for example, cost £12, and a small pasta salad cost around £16. The swimming pool was lovely, and the beds were comfortable, if very hot.”

”We were visiting for a gig at Piece Hall and are so glad we chose to stay at this absolutely wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Halifax. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, polite and helpful and this continued for the duration of our stay. As it was such a nice day, we sat in the beautiful garden and enjoyed drinks and food from the bar menu before heading into town for our concert. . Breakfast (extra) was also very good indeed. It’s not the cheapest hotel, and not the most fancy...
