”Photos give a very different impression to the reality. Building is very tired and was locked when we arrived early afternoon. Room was extremely small, with a very tiny en-suite. No curtains only blinds on the window meant that we were woken early by the early morning sun. Property is on a very busy, noisy road.”

”Not what was advertised premium room was very understated, no chairs to view TV we had to lay on the bed. The window had a dresser in front obscuring the view. The inn was closed when we arrived 2pm left waiting for 20 minutes as no one was answering the phone, the entrance was very poorly maintained the bench at the door was obviously used for smo”

”Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds.”
