”The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY”

”I wasn’t sure what to expect of this property and I was pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted with well landscaped grounds and easily checked in. Plenty of parking just outside our room (#9). The room itself was clean and comfortable. Microwave, sizable refrigerator with charcoal grills and picnic tables designated for the unit (not sure this is the case with the main house units). ”Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. ”

”The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
