”Clean room friendly staff ”

”チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が大変良かった。Wi-Fiの不具合についても親身になって対応していただけた。ホステルという名称ではあるが、各部屋にトイレとシャワーがあり、何ら不自由はない。海外からの宿泊客が多く、1階のロビーでは気が向けば国際交流もできる。機会があれば、また利用したいと思う。”

”The location is very convenient, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Daigo at the front desk—he went the extra mile to help me resolve a non-hotel-related issue, showing incredible patience and attentiveness. Our family had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at this hotel.”

”Japanese size rooms but with a good size bed. Desk staff were lovely. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine in the lobby available after 3 pm and free soda or beer ( I think it was after 5 pm). The hotel is a walkable distance from Ueno Station and the Keisei Skyliner Ueno Station ( for an easy trip of 45 minutes to Yokohama (Highly recommended). All in all, a great stay. My only complaint- I wish they had provided toast, sausages and bacon for a more western style breakfast.”

”Only a one night stay alone. The hotel is small and a bit worn out. Room was tiny and looked worn out but it seemd clean as well as the bathroom. Bed was good for sleeping. Heating system on and not possible to change the temperature of the room so had to ooen the window because it was quite warm. The standard room was enough for one person but would be very tight for two persons with luggage. The location good quite near the trainstation and next to restaurants and market streets. ”Superb location, right in the centre of Ueno with enough bustling yet with space and peace at the same time. Close to multiple train stations within 3-5 minutes walk, and Ameyoko shopping street! Many good restaurants around too. It’s very welcoming to return to this brightly lit hotel every day. Room was spacious for a solo traveller, bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were also really helpful and friendly. Would stay again!”

”I keep coming back to this hotel, as this is my... probably 4th stay, and plan to come back in the future aswell. The location is convenient, close to Ueno, and Akihabara, with Metro and Train stations practically around the corner, aswell as Taxi stop, making the trip to the airport just that much more convenient. The rooms are small, but just spacious enough for the price range the hotel is in. The rooms are highly functional and well cleaned & kept. ”

”I love it! First time in Tokyo and Urban hotel was really good fit for my agenda. Really easy to start wondering around the city, clean, comfortable hotel where is everything you need when your main agenda is out of the room. Room was tiny, but totally enough for me. If something could be wished more is warmer place for the breakfast, as it was in the hotel small lounge at the entry floor there was a bit chilly now and then when doors opened. Would come again!”
