Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Hotel an sich ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Terrassentür ist auseinander gefallen, das Bad war in einem furchtbaren Zustand: die Dusche war voller Flecken, Schimmel und Haaren (nicht unsere). Die Dusch Türe ist auseinander gefallen (auch auf Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen), in den frischen Handtüchern fanden wir ein fremdes Pflaster. Auch im Zimmer fanden wir überall Flecken. Frühstück war okay, für ein 5-Sterne Hotel allerdings etwas dürftig. Generell haben wir uns gefragt wie dieses Hotel 5 Sterne verdient hat. Wir würden es auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Great staff especially Emmanuel the guy in the gym and another guy on the desk who’s name I don’t know. They let us leave our luggage while we went hiking in the mountains for a few days free of charge. Breakfast was great. Room was big and clean.

Amazing breakfast and they had oat milk which is really hard to find in Albania. Really comfy beds, good pool and sauna. Emmanuel was really nice, we loved him!!

Altmodisch aber mit Stil. Sehr zentrale Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eigene Parkplätze vorhanden. Große Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist OK.

Wonderful!
Wonderful, comfy rooms and friendly reception staff. The facilities in the room were good and the swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

The front desk people were very professional-courteous, helpful. Special mentions are Stella, Elizabeth and a couple of guys. Stella was extra helpful getting us a Theth day tour with Arjan, a really cool guy. They all made our stay in Shkoder memorable.

Second time staying at this hotel. From experiemce best one we have found so far in Shkoder....staff super friendly and polite. Would happily recommend to others.

We came to Skhoder for the first time for a friend’s wedding. We booked a deluxe room so we could have a balcony. The wedding was on a Wednesday and we stayed up very late and put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so we could sleep in. At 10:45 we had a knock on the door. It was the maid who apologized and said “reception” in Albanian. When the receptionist called us, she told us she needed to ask us to change rooms because they needed our room. I told her we booked it 2 months ago. She said it was okay because she would upgrade us to an apartment and not even charge us more! Wow. I was hungover and our room was a mess and she wasn’t even going to charge me to clean it all up and move. I asked why she couldn’t use the apartment for whatever they needed our room for. She said it was for the “ministry” and they were having a meeting and needed us out before 3:00. I wasn’t happy, but we got our stuff together and went to the other room. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have done it, but I was trying to cooperate since I’m not familiar with Albanian customs. The new room did not have a balcony, nor any air conditioning, so I said it wasn't acceptable. So they put us in a small room with a balcony and a leaky shower. The management never offered to reduce the charges, or compensate us in any way. I would not recommend this property.

Advertised as having air conditioning and there isn't - the air conditioning in the room didn't work at all. The room was extremely loud - there was construction going on two rooms down that woke us up extremely early. Loud streets at night.

Bra hotell mitt i cenmtrum
Ett bra hotell vid gågatan mitt i centrum. Rummet relativt litet. För varmt på rummet, men berodde troligen på att vi satte på a/c på en mycket låg temperatur, men trots det endast gav varm luft. Receptionen borde ha informerat om att a/c inte fungerade. Vaknade tidigt av en minarets böneutrop, som varade länge och med hög ljudnivå.
