”This is such a beautiful boutique-type hotel in a well appointed building that used to be a luxury department store. Lots of cool design elements and high ceilings in bedrooms. Bed/room/bathroom all very comfortable. Hotel could use some updates and maintenance in areas. Amazing rooftop bar. I will definitely stay again!”

”Very well positioned in downtown Richmond. A nice restaurant and snack shop located inside the lobby. Easy to and from the airport which made it very convenient.”

”Toilet seat was very loose Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel.”

”Due to significantly delayed flights, I arrived at the hotel at 3:15am. The front desk attendant had a seriously bad attitude, treated me like an inconvenience, and told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes before she could check me in. I was exhausted from a full day in three airports and two flights, but posted up on a couch in the cafe area by the front desk and waited patiently. I kept an eye on the clock, and lo and behold, precisely 20 minutes later, she called me over to the desk and said I...

”Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

”Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok”
