”My husband and I are both vegetarians, and the chef was able to make delicious vegetarian meals for us. The dinner we had was one of the best of our time in Japan. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room and private onsen were relaxing, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The staff went above and beyond by providing us a ride to the Open Air Museum and then to the train station. We had an incredible time and would very highly recommend staying here!!”

”Very attentive service and gourmet meals. A quiet hotel with a spacious room that hosted my wife, myself, and our 2 young adult children with sufficient privacy. The private onsen was spectacular, as was the little protected outdoor deck.”

”The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. ”
