”Friendly staff and a well maintained property. Easy to get to airport but not so close you would here planes all day. Also good restaurants nearby.”

”Went to breakfast at 8:30. There was no coffee, small amount of eggs were cold. No gravy. Biscuits were burnt on top. Out of creamer. We told the desk and someone came to start restocking. She was very nice but I was t hungry by then. Everything else was good. We came back for a second night. ”

”No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. ”

”Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets...

”Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. ”

”Neither Expedia nor the comfort inn gave any indication that they were in the middle of a brand refresh. So the entire first floor was under construction. No breakfast as advertised. Overall a less than mediocre's day. However, had someone informed me of those changes, my expectations would have been different.”
