”Clean room, staff was friendly, but breakfast is very mediocre. No hot breakfast just bagels, cereal and yogurt so I wouldn’t plan on having this be your go-to if you prefer more than that. The pool was actually also closed during our stay and WAS NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR. My 10 year old was really looking forward to this. Parking was good, but the property could use some air fresheners lol ”

”Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

When we arrived at the rental, there was no electricity at check-in, and the property remained without power for two full days. Because the unit was not in a livable condition, I had to secure a backup hotel at my own expense. ”As of right now I won’t be back. I thought with the money I spent I would see a better, cleaner room. I have pictures of dog food and dirty pillows that were in my room. Front desk didn’t make me feel like it was something that was 1 in a million thing. I will be leaving a review on what had happened. I would have liked money off or a free room for later date. Very disappointed. Very nice place but the room not so much. Breakfast great!!”

”Breakfast was really good. Fresh fruit was a little scares I asked for bananas one day, and they were not ripe at all. I could not eat them. We did have a little trouble getting fresh bath towels, other than that it was a great place to stay..i would stay there again.”
