”We love the fact it was only a ten walk to a variety of different restaurants and then only another 10 minutes to walk to the Bruce Mason Theatre, The location was great, Staff were super friendly and professional and the bedding was amazing. Shower was nice and hot and also a heat pump for all weathher conditions. Thank you. Will be back for the next show we see,,,”

”Good location. Hotel quite outdated. No restaurant open or breakfast available. Price cheap so a lot is forgiven for that. Gym was ok, pool not good for swimming but doable. ”
”Everything is great, the staff are always so helpful to my husband and I. We have had bad health over the past ten months so to get the extra assistance when we really need it is so appreciated by us. Little things like carrying in an armchair that assists me in sitting which after having a knee replacement helps me a lot. We appreciate the good service. ”
”The cube was excellent. The only minor addition would be a shelf in the shower cubicle for shampoos, soaps etc

”Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch.
Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package.
Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating...
